James Tingley – President
General Manager, Delta Prince Edward Hotel, Charlottetown, PEI
James has 30 years experience within the hospitality industry. Commencing his career in Halifax with Canadian Pacific Hotels gravitating to resorts by holding senior positions at the Algonquin Resort and Jasper Park Lodge as Director of Operations. James returned to the Maritimes and the Island specifically as General Manager of the Delta Prince Edward 1998 and then returned west as General Manager of the Delta Lodge at Kananaskis and the Delta Bow Valley, With a strong passion for marketing, sales and community James returns to the Delta Prince Edward. Previous postings saw James sit on Tourism Boards (Alberta TDR), Hotel Association Boards (Calgary Hotel Association) and Community Boards. Engagement with team members both internal and external and passion for community and possibilities is the skill set James provides in his endeavors.
Craig Jones – Vice President
General Manager, Rodd Crowbush Morell, PEI
Craig joined the M&C PEI board in 2013. He holds a diploma in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Fanshawe College and is a Certified EMERIT General Manager and Rooms Division Executive. He has over 15 years in the hotel industry; most recently as General Manager of the Rodd Crowbush Resort. Craig’s commitment to the Hospitality Industry in PEI is evident. He is the currently VP of the Hotel Association of PEI, and has held position on the Executive Board of Tourism Industry Association of PEI as well.
Susan has worked in accounting and finance for 20 years and the tourism industry, in some form or shape, has been and continues to be an integral part of her career. Susan’s work experience includes Corporate Controller of Rodd Hotels and Resorts, Interim Chief Financial Officer at the Confederation Centre of the Arts, and most recently, Director of Finance & Administration with the Charlottetown Airport Authority.
John Cudmore – Secretary
General Manager, The Holman Grand Hotel, Charlottetown, PEI
The majority of John’s professional career in the industry was spent with the Rodd Family; working as General Manager at various Rodd Hotels & Resorts before moving to the executive level with Rodd Management Ltd.
In March 2009, John retired his position with Rodd Hotels & Resorts and focused his extensive industry knowledge in hotel administration, operations, renovations and new construction towards additional challenges as President of Cudmore Hospitality Consulting Inc. It was through this position that he was asked to become involved in the construction and fit up of The Holman Grand Hotel, Charlottetown’s newest hotel in over twenty five years. Upon successful completion and opening of The Holman Grand Hotel in 2011, he accepted the position of General Manager of this boutique hotel.
John has also worked in a wide range of volunteer roles in the Canadian Tourism Industry, most notably as a member of the United States Marketing Committee of the Canadian Tourism Commission; Chair of The Atlantic Canada (Canada Select) Grading Authority; President of Tourism Charlottetown and the Prince Edward Island Convention Partnership and a member the Prince Edward Island Tourism Advisory Council.

Steve Arnold – Director
Owner, Around the Sea Rotating House, North Rustico, PEI
The Halifax-born entrepreneur, Steve Arnold is the owner of Around the Sea Rotating House and the Island Solar Transit System. Steve Arnold and his family live in Rustico upstairs in the rotating house with a panorama of the village. Steve became a board member of M&C PEI in May of 2016.
CEO, Confederation Centre of the Arts, Charlottetown, PEI
For more than 25 years, Steve has worked across Canada as a music producer, entrepreneur, educator and arts administrator. He is CEO of Confederation Centre of the Arts, a multichannel national arts organization offering professional theatre, music, art gallery, arts education and heritage programming, as well as quality food services and event space. Steve and his family live in Charlottetown.
Owner, New Glasgow Lobster Suppers, New Glasgow, PEI
Barry Nicholson is VP Operations/owner of New Glasgow Lobster Suppers. New Glasgow Lobster Suppers located in New Glasgow PEI is an a local favourite and tourism icon. Barry also sits on the board of TIAPEI, and volunteers at the New Glasgow Fire Dept where he’s been a firemen for over 30 years.
Marsha Doiron – Director
Owner, Coach Atlantic Group, Charlottetown, PEI
Wayne Long is the Events Development Officer for the City of Charlottetown and has been with the municipality for twenty-two years, holding a number of professional positions. He is a member of the City’s Management and economic development team and leads the attraction of major events and projects which stimulate economic and tourism prosperity. He also leads special initiatives and projects on behalf of the Mayor’s office.
Over the last two decades, Wayne has chartered many successes for the City of Charlottetown and has won numerous individual and collaborative accolades and awards for his work, as well as that of the municipality.
