Executive Chef Duncan received his Red Seal Certification in 2005 and his talents quickly became in high demand on PEI. He was the first PEI Chef to win the prestigious International Shellfish Festival Competition with his award winning Seafood Chowder entry (2007). Chef Duncan has also had recipes published in local and national cookbooks. In February of 2016 Chef Duncan and Clinton Hills were featured on NBC’s Emmy award winning lifestyle show 1 st Look as part of NBC’s PEI Fall Flavors coverage.
Catering and Events Manager Coreen Pickering has extensive education and experience in the Hospitality and Tourism Industry focusing on restaurants, banquets and special events. Coreen has worked with couples planning their wedding day, with corporate groups of up to 1500 guests, and groups of every size in between. Coreen has a passion and a special talent for bringing events to life, from tradeshows, to receptions, corporate outings, and not for profit fundraisers.
