Family owned and operated, Fairways Cottages gives you all the comforts and amenities of home, set amongst PEI’s scenic North Shore. All units are finished with wood floors, fully or partially pined interior, fully equipped kitchens, a minimum of one four-piece bathroom, spa tubs, and electric fireplaces. Outdoors, we feature an in-ground swimming pool, activity areas, outdoor fire pits, cookers and barbecues.

Guestrooms + Cottages

A Canada select 4-star property, Fairways Cottages features chalets with special attention to decor detail. All units have wood floors and either fully pined or partially pined interior, fully equipped kitchens, a minimum of one full four-piece bathroom, most with either 2-person spa tubs or oversized 3 feet by 6 feet spa bathtubs, and most with dishwashers and electric fireplaces. They offer everything a home would have plus more. The executive and luxury units feature either 10-foot, 12-foot vaulted or 17-foot cathedral ceilings in an open concept spacious living room and kitchen area. We provide fresh bath towels daily. We suggest our guests bring along large beach or pool towels. Chalets are grouped in 3 to 6 units to maximize privacy. Each unit has a wood deck with deck furniture and propane BBQ. Looking for an ideal location for upcoming meetings or retreats? Fairways Cottages is fully-equipped for meeting & retreat options located in the heart of the Cavendish Beach resort area and adjacent to the Prince Edward National Park offering 4 meeting rooms. Our largest meeting room can accommodate up to 100 people theatre-style and 75 banquet-style. There are 3 breakout rooms located on the second level. We provide a selection of full itinerary activities or we may customize based on your group’s requirement.
