Dates of Operation:
Offer your guests an off-site dinner that celebrates the seafaring past of Charlottetown when most goods and services arrived in the city via the winds and waves. The relaxed ambiance is quickly established as soon as you enter through the solid paneled door. Your guests will appreciate the rich history of the building that was originally built as a merchants’ shop in 1856.
The menu features a wide selection of seafood including mussels, oysters, crab, haddock and lobster. Merchantman is also home to the Island’s only double distilled, barrel aged, all natural rum – Merchantman 1897.
