Located in a renovated heritage building in the historic downtown core, Sims Corner Steakhouse & Oyster Bar is Charlottetown’s premiere dining location. All our beef is raised right here on Prince Edward Island and aged in house for a minimum of 45 days. Sims also offers an impressive all-island oyster bar that provides the best and freshest oysters found in different bays, coves, and points from around beautiful PEI. Each variety offers its own unique characteristics and flavours.
