Not sure what you should see?
Here are a few examples of our itineraries:
North Shore Tours – The north shore is one of the most popular destinations on Prince Edward Island. The north shore offers a wide variety of heartwarming scenic drives, quaint coastal villages, red sandstone cliffs and pink sandy beaches.
We can arrange visits to Green Gables Heritage Home, the Anne of Green Gables Museum, Avonlea Village, Cows Ice cream, Anne of Green Gables Chocolates, The PEI Preserve Company and more. Why not end your day at a local Ceilidh, surrounded by visitors and locals alike? We can guarantee it won’t be long before your toes are tapping and you are singing along with our local musicians.
Lunch or dinner can be arranged for your group at a local restaurant. Whether you are looking for a traditional lobster dinner or other local fare, we would be happy to arrange these dining reservations for you.
Charlottetown Tours – Charlottetown, our capital city, is known as the birthplace of Canada. The capital city is the not only the hub for government and business for the Island, but is also full of rich cultural activities.
Our tour guides will keep your delegates entertained during the ride with stories and anecdotes about our city. Drive through Victoria Park and view historic homes such as Fanningbank and Beaconsfield. The city is home to many historic churches, buildings, the Marina and Peake’s Wharf.
We can help provide unforgettable add-ons to your next conference like fishing adventures, getting “Shucked in”, a visit to Beaconsfield for a cup of hot tea in their spacious dining room, or a visit to the PEI Brewing Company for a guided tour. This tour can be offered as a Step on Guided Tour or Walking Tour.
Eastern Tours – Traveling through the lush country side, the sights and sounds of our bustling capital city will soon be forgotten. A stop at Point Prim Lighthouse, Prince Edward Island’s oldest lighthouse, will offer delegates stunning views of the Northumberland Straight and Hillsborough Bay from this unique round brick structure. As we travel along the coast a wine tasting will be arranged at one of PEI’s award winning wineries.
Then off to Georgetown for lunch at one of the local restaurants and free time to explore this historic seaside community. The beaches in the east are among the best on the Island. At Basin Head the sand will even sing to you (you’ll know what we mean when you visit).
As we travel back to your host hotel, we will travel through the small communities of St. Peter’s Bay, Morell, and Scotchfort. Your delegates will learn about the fishing industry on Prince Edward Island and the importance that it plays in Island culture.
Western Tours – The western tip of Prince Edward Island is a collection of classic Island scenery: white and red sand beaches, towering red sandstone cliffs and ocean-fresh delicacies. The North Cape Coastal drive offers visitors the opportunity to meet locals, hear their stories and learn about their history.
You will find a historic and diverse combination of backgrounds and culture when you visit. From Acadian to Scottish fiddlers, to Aboriginal Mi’kmaq drummers, to pipe and drum Celtic pageants, the North Cape Coastal has a bit of history for everyone.
Your delegates will learn about the natural phenomena of North Cape’s wind and tide patterns when you visit the Wind Energy Institute, men and women working with work horses to harvest Irish Moss (when in season); oyster farming; and the many ocean sceneries that line the coast.
