Why the Canadian Gerontological Nursing Association picked PEI!

In 2015 the Canadian Gerontological Nursing Association (CGNA) hosted their national Scientific and educational conference on PEI. 350 delegates were in attendance at the Rodd Charlottetown which was ‘bought out” for the conference. Delegates and planners alike tell us their meeting on the Island was their best ever, and the CGNA was no different. We spoke with Mary MacSwain and Elaine Campbell co-organizers. They are Islanders who decided that PEI was ready to host this conference.
