The upholstered comfort of our Griffon Dining Room is licensed for 45 people, while our genial, wood-themed Hearth & Cricket Pub is licensed for 38 people. Our lovely outdoor patio seats 72 and has become a favourite local gathering spot. During winter months, private dining facilities are available in suites on the Inn’s second floor.
Executive Chef Patrick Young brings a diverse and impressive culinary experience to the Dundee. A Red Seal certified chef who graduated from the Culinary Institute of Canada, Patrick served in world-class dining establishments in Switzerland, Alberta, and Ontario. Returning to his native Prince Edward Island, he first joined the Dundee as Sous Chef and was appointed Executive Chef a year and a half later in 2001. He is an active member of the PEI Chapter of the Canadian Federation of Chefs and Cooks.
Chef Patrick’s cuisine ranges from an eclectic mix of French, classical, and fusion with an Asian flair, to the best of traditional Maritime flavours. The culinary team led by Chef Patrick looks forward to creating culinary experiences that have made the Dundee Arms one of PEI’s premiere dining establishments.
The Hearth & Cricket Pub
The Hearth & Cricket is a cozy place to just relax and discover good cheer and new friends. Offering both the dining room menu and The Hearth & Cricket’s munchies, one has a wide range of tempting delights to choose from.

From November to April one suite accommodating up to 12 people is available; a second suite available for the month of December accommodates up to 18 people. Our dining room and lounge are also available for private functions.
