Cancellation Policy:

Lanes Riverhouse Inn & Cottages: It is the policy of this establishment that if a cancellation is received within 2 days of arrival the customer will be charged for the reserved stay. On all reservations there will be a non-refundable deposit per room, the rates are as follows: $50 for a suite, $100 for a cottage, $200 for a weeks stay.
