Mind’s Eye Creative
Ashton Rodenhiser, founder of Mind’s Eye Creative believes that visuals are a powerful tool that can be used to facilitate team learning, communication, and engagement, inspiring people to produce their best work.
Through graphic recording she captures, documents, and preserves the ideas that flow out of workshops, meetings, and conferences, creating a lasting record for future reference, brainstorming, and decision-making.
She’s in the business of breaking down complex ideas into a visual language that helps people retain more relevant information, feel like valued and interconnected participants, and improve their understanding of the topic.
This hand-drawn visual journey is easy to share, bringing ideas to life in front of your eyes. Whether she’s graphic recording large-scale in real-time at an event, or teaching professionals and students, she goes wherever my marker takes her.
Graphic Facilitation
Typically infomurals are created in real-time on a large scale of 4 x 8 feet per mural. Graphic Recording can be described as a method where Ashton acts as a silent partner during an event to capture and reflect content and ideas. This method can be applied to some of the following situations:
- Keynote speakers at a conference
- Meetings
- AGMs
- Trainings
- Workshops
