Mosaic Management is an event planning service company for small to medium-sized events across Prince Edward Island. Helena Wood is the owner/operator and an experienced professional with 12 years experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in planning, organizing and executing all types of events. She works to assist individuals, groups and businesses with executing all details of their events.
Helena will work with your vision to create a detailed timeline and budget, and assist in sourcing vendors. Some other services offered, but not limited to, are free initial consultation (phone or in-person), day of itinerary plan and coordination, assistance in contract negotiations, multiple venue meetings, social media, invitations/RSVP management, payment coordination and theme/design development.
