Receiver Coffee Company was established in June of 2014 and has 3 full service locations in Charlottetown, an espresso bar in Cavendish, a coffee roastery and organic bakery.
Receiver Coffee’s Milky Way location is the home to our coffee roastery, organic artisanal bakery as well as a full service cafe. The concept is simple – fresh food, great coffee and terrific bread and pastries, Located at the Creamy Boardwalk, this shop is a necessary stop whether you are arriving in Charlottetown or leaving the city for adventure!
The roastery is visible from the cafe so you can watch our roasters as they meticulously work to roast, package, and prepare our coffees for you! With bags of beans stacked high and our roasters visible from all areas of the shop, the roastery really adds something special to this location.
The Milky Way is also home to the bakery that supplies our 4 locations with organic breads, pastries and other baked goods. Whether you are on the move and need a grab and go snack or looking to relax, the Milky Way has all you need.
