Stellar Somm Wine Experts is dedicated to taking the pretension and intimidation out of learning about wine and spirits, through guided tastings. Give your team a more interactive and educational way to enjoy happy hour. Our expert is Atlantic Canada’s top Sommelier, and has competed against the best in Canada. She can arrange a fun yet informative tasting of wine or spirits that can cover any variety of themes like “Around the World in Wine” or “Local Love”. Your group will walk away with a renewed confidence to choose wines and a wider appreciation for fermented beverages. These tastings can be arranged virtually, at an exclusive venue, and with food pairings to further enhance the experience. The tastings typically run an hour and a half and cover 4 wines and/or spirits. Let’s raise a glass, and learn a little.

About Lesley

Lesley Quinn was born and raised in Prince Edward Island, and her first foray into the world of wine was as a Junior Sommelier for the Ritz Carlton, Cayman Islands. With their support she became a Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers. Work has taken Lesley to Calgary, Vancouver, Turkey, and Halifax, and wine has taken her to France, Italy, Austria, Chile, Portugal and California. In 2017, Lesley became Atlantic Canada’s Top Sommelier in a fun-filled day that involved a written exam, a service demonstration, and a blind tasting exam. Ask her what my favorite wine is and the answer will always be “I love all my babies equally.”
