Eastern Prince Edward Island Chamber of Commerce
The Eastern Prince Edward Island Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting its members’ businesses and economic environment of the Eastern PEI community. Our purpose is to provide an economic advantage to our business members by providing them with priority customer referral, representing them in community endeavors, and providing them with networking capabilities unavailable to non-members.
The Chamber of Commerce is often the first place a business, customer or visitor goes to inquire about the local living environments, area activities, businesses or services in the area. We actively promote our member businesses first, for it is they whom we serve.
Mission
Advocacy for Business: We strive to present the business perspective on critical issues by representing the business community at public and community meetings and before public bodies at the local and state levels.
Educational and Professional Development:
Chamber Forums cover a variety of topics directly relevant to business needs.
Networking Opportunities:
The chamber provides a meeting place for businesses to interact with one another in an informal setting. Opportunities are available for members to volunteer time or expertise on one of our committees, or by participating in Chamber sponsored community events.
