By Ferry:
Northumberland Ferries departs from Caribou, Nova Scotia and Wood Islands, Prince Edward Island on a regular schedule from May – December. The 75- minute trip can be spent enjoying a chat and a snack, lounging on the deck, or soaking up the sunshine and fresh sea air. The fare for the ferry is paid when leaving the Island.

CTMA Ferry provides regular ferry service between Souris, Prince Edward Island and the Îles de la Madeleine.
The Madeleine can accommodate 750 passengers and more than 200 vehicles. This crossing from the Îles de la Madeleine archipelago takes approximately 5 hours.
